  1. Yukon Gold Potatoes
  2. Red, Yellow, or Green Bell Pepper
  3. Yellow Onion
  4. Olive Oil (or Onion Powder)
  5. Garlic Powder
  6. Smoked Paprika
  7. Dried Rosemary
  8. Salt
  9. Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360F.
  2. Chop the food into cubed Potatoes, Onions (or use Onion Powder), and Bell Peppers
  3. Put the diced Potatoes, Onions, and Bell Peppers large bowl.
  4. Pour the Smoked Paprika, Garlic Powder, and Dried Rosemary into the bowl and mix.
  5. Pour the mix into the air fryer basket and set the cooking time for a cook time 20-25 minutes.

An optional choice is to rinse the potatoes in cold water to remove the starch.

Once you chop the Potatoes, Onions, and Bell Peppers, throw them into a bowl and add the seasonings. I would personally use any leftover potatoes instead of Yukon potatoes if you do not have them.

I used Smoked Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper, and Olive Oil for the seasonings.

When you are done pouring the spices and olive oil in, mix it up and make sure to not leave food on the sides of the bowl.

Empty the contents of the bowl into the air fryer basket and spread the food into a single layer.

Shake the basket occasionally while cooking for the best results.

Let it cook for 20-30 minutes at 360F.

  • Instead of using Yukon Golden Potatoes, you could use Russet Potatoes, Red Potatoes, Yellow Potatoes, or even Sweet Potatoes.
  • Red Onion, White Onion, or Sweet Onions could be substitute for Yellow Onion.
  • If you don’t have Olive Oil, use Vegetable Oil instead.
